Erika O'Neal is the Owner and Chef of A Taste of Elegance Catering.
Erika O'Neal realized at the age of eight that she had a passion for cooking and learned everything she could at her mother's side. Another interest in criminal justice lead Erika to attend Jacksonville State University, in Alabama where she attained a BS degree in Criminal Justice after high school and worked in the field for many years. A renewed interest to follow her passion for cooking was the motivation for Erika to return to school and attend the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts to receive the necessary formal training to start a career as a chef in the culinary industry.
A Taste of Elegance was established in 2008 by Chef Erika O'Neal and employs a staff that can take care of all your catering needs with attention to details, party themes and cultural traditions. The business continues to expand and Erika's husband, Derrick has joined Erika, working closely with his wife in the family business. We are a fully staffed catering service and ready for any corporate and personal events of any size. Our reputation by providing quality food, responsive and gracious service for every event. If you have a particular menu or theme in mind we are ready to work with you.
